Thursday Drivetime

Clive is a keen Radio amateur and CB radio operator and during the 80’s he was a fan of the offshore radio stations Caroline and Laser 558.

In 1992 he volunteered at Mellow 1557 radio as a technical operator on the sports and evening shows. His first stint behind the microphone was aboard the floating radio station Radio North Sea International which broadcast off Clacton during the summer of 1999.

This led to shows on other RSL broadcasts including Coast FM in Clacton and the Radio Caroline broadcast from Harwich along with several internet stations.

In 2011 Clive joined Felixstowe radio presenting various daytime shows for over 7 years.

In 2018 he joined Colne Radio as the Thursday Drivetime presenter and can be heard every Thursday from 4-6 pm on 106.6 FM and online.
