In the past Howard has spent 20 years working in record shops around the area. It was a time from 1988 to 2008 when music was all about great releases, going to gigs and collectig records and other formats. Howard was well know in the local music scene around that time, putting on club nights under the HELLRAISER + MINISTRY OF METAL Banners. He also used to DJ at the Twist music venue in Colchester. Howard is a massive fan of Gary Newman, but likes most genres of music. He can appreciate that music is truly a universal language. Howard was a particitant of the 'Finding Your Voice' course run by Colne Radio.

I’ve been presenting two live shows a week on a local FM Community Radio station in Great Yarmouth for nearly four years, prior to lockdown, then producing one show a week from home since then. Time for pastures new, taking my eclectic taste in music, and my slightly different sense of humour to a new wider audience, presenting music from 1950 to 2000, mainly pop, sometimes not, with chatter and banter in between.

Steve is a former hospital radio presenter with a background in the electronics and telecommunication industry, one of his hobbies being collecting/restoring old broadcast equipment.
